It's a test mule. Look at the mismatched wheels. It has 2010-11 wheels in front on 2012 wheels on back.

The stance is off.
Too much shiny stuff.
The whole rig looks odd.
The rims are different, as pointed out, but tires are the same diameter or close enough for a t-case to not care.
There may be truth to an F100 in 2015.
